Most fitness apps give users a static plan that becomes stale after week one. Users either follow a programme that no longer fits their schedule, or abandon it entirely. The goal was to create a training experience that feels alive — one that listens, adapts, and knows when to push.
I built a 6-step AI plan generator that collects goal, fitness level, schedule, and physical data, then hands it to an LLM (Groq) to produce a structured, day-by-day programme. Rocky — the in-app AI coach — lets users modify any part of the plan through natural chat: swapping days, changing exercises, or rebuilding the whole thing. Every workout session is tracked, and a Progress screen surfaces completion rate, week streaks, and activity by week.
